All purchases made on Palaris are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to complete or use the course.
- Dissatisfaction with course content.
- Accidental purchase.
- Technical issues on the user's device or internet connection.
We strongly encourage you to review the full course description, watch any available free preview lessons, and ensure the course meets your needs before purchasing.
2. Platform Error Exception
In the rare event of a verified platform error that prevented you from accessing content you paid for (e.g., a technical fault on our end, not a user-side connectivity issue), you may contact us at [email protected] with your transaction details. We will investigate the issue and any remedy is at Palaris's sole discretion. This exception does not constitute a general right to a refund.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our third-party payment provider. Palaris does not store your full card details. For questions about a specific charge or payment dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly via their support portal.
4. Free Courses
Free courses on Palaris do not involve any financial transaction. There is nothing to refund for free enrollments.
